There are many factors that go into it, such as square footage, how many people and pets are in the home, how many knickknacks, etc. During the quote, we will ask you questions about all of this to be able to come up with a quote for you.

We love pets! We don’t expect you to put them away for us. And your dogs don’t bother us when we are cleaning. Here’s what they do…they follow us when we are cleaning the kitchen to see if anything falls off the counters, and then they get bored and fall asleep. That’s it! We only ask that you put your pet away if it is aggressive or fearful or is an escape artist.

You don’t need to be home during the cleaning. If you’re away, we’ll take care of everything. If you’re home, we’ll work around you or skip any room you prefer.

We use a solo cleaning model. For recurring cleans (weekly, biweekly, monthly) one cleaner will clean. We put teams together for deep cleans, such as first-time cleans, move in/out cleans, and one- time cleans. If a home is very large, we will put a team together for the recurring clean.

With all of Kris’ knowledge and experience, they have selected truly green cleaning products and systems. They aren’t just buying products off the shelf that say they are green. The products are green and non-toxic and made by companies that have similar values as Natura Clean’s values. We’re the experts in eco-friendly home cleaning!

Yes! Please let us know and we can sell a gift certificate to you. And we can even email it to the recipient if you would like.

Tipping is not mandatory or expected. Some people do and some don’t. When our cleaners are tipped, they really appreciate it! Some clients leave cash on the kitchen counter with a note specifying it is for them. Some have us add it to their cleaning payment. Some wait until the end of the year. It’s really up to you. We do provide the option to tip when the cleaning survey goes out in case the client forgot. It’s just an easy way for the client to let us know that they would like us to add a tip to their charge.

We are human and occasionally we will miss something. When we do, we have a 24 hour guarantee. If you let us know within 24 hours of your cleaning, we will return within 24 hours to clean the missed area. We do not offer refunds because we are confident that our team can obtain your satisfaction.

Yes! We can do various special projects, such as refrigerator or oven cleaning, cleaning insides of cabinets, windows, etc. Just let us know what you need ahead of time so we can take care of it.

We try our best to send the same cleaner each time. That is our goal because we want our cleaners to have the same route and get used to each client’s home. It can’t always happen because people get sick, go on vacation, etc. so there will be some variation.
