Natura clean

Transforming Homes, One All-Natural Clean at a time.

Kris and Luis Koenig, the founders of Natura Clean, started the company with a vision: to prove that it’s possible to combine high-quality cleaning, outstanding customer service, environmental responsibility, and smart business strategy—all in one organization. They believe homeowners and businesses in the Madison area deserve a cleaning service that’s not only effective but also safe and sustainable. That’s why every product they use is all-natural, non-toxic, and biodegradable—never containing harsh chemicals like bleach or ammonia.

Non-toxic Cleaning for ALL Industries

Why Choose Us

We Use Only The Best Products

Sustainability is one of our core values, so when we started, we made all of our cleaning products from castile soap, vinegar, baking soda, etc. We loved it, but it just wasn’t scalable as our business grew because of the time involved and OSHA requiring Safety Data Sheets. We needed to find products that actually are eco-friendly (because there are so many that aren’t green even when they say they are), clean effectively, and are made by companies with similar values as ours. After much research and narrowing down the list, we sent products out with our cleaners to get their feedback on what worked the best. We know the products we use work, are actually green, and made by companies that aren’t just jumping on the green bandwagon.

Our products are:

Eco-Friendly

Made with biodegradable, non-toxic ingredients that are safe for people, pets, and the planet—without any greenwashing.

Aligned with Our Core Values

We choose products from companies that prioritize sustainability, transparency, and ethical practices—just like we do.

Clean Effectively

Tested and approved by our own team, these products deliver a powerful clean without harsh chemicals.

Husband and Wife Duo

CEO

After 15+ years as a marketing executive focused on social and environmental causes, Kris founded Natura Clean with her husband, Luis Pino. She helped launch major energy programs like Focus on Energy and earned an Energy Star Award from the EPA. A recognized expert in green cleaning, Kris has been featured in local publications and often speaks on sustainability. She also serves as vice-chair of the City of Middleton’s Sustainability Committee and holds degrees from UW–Eau Claire and Edgewood College.

President

Luis had worked in the commercial and residential cleaning industry for 12 years before starting Natura Clean with his wife, Kris Koenig. After working in an industry that tends to use harsh chemicals, he was happy to change to eco-friendly cleaning products. In fact, he has noticed that our products actually clean better than the toxic chemicals he was previously using at other companies. He has also noticed that he feels better now that he’s not working around toxins.

What Our Clients Say

What We Do to Stay Green:

At Natura Clean, we know there’s no such thing as a “perfect” eco-friendly company—but we believe in taking meaningful, transparent steps toward a healthier planet. While some companies greenwash for marketing purposes, we stay honest, and we’re always evolving our practices as technology and knowledge improve.
